Cut the green beans into 1-inch pieces.

Microwave vegetables in microwave safe bowl with 1T water for 4 min. Rinse with cold water, drain.

Mix together oil, vinegar, lemon juice & mustard. Stir in shallots & garlic. Season w/ salt & pepper

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to combine.

Serve chilled, warmed, or at room temperature.
