White Rice (American) Soaked For 1 Hour
In a BOILING water dip the leaves for a few seconds and let it cool down

Filter the rice.1tbsp salt,1tsp black pepper ,1 tsp turmeric and 2 tbsp of olive oil , then onion

Slice an onion then add the chicken thighs skin facing down

Now everything ready let's wrap them

Place them above the chicken

Add2 tbsp salt,1cup olive oil,boiled water until cover the Leaves,use smaller lid then the pot's lid

When it starts BOILING cover it and reduce heat all the way down to low, slow cooking for 2 hours

After one hour check the water level,increase the heat just a touch

After 2 hours remove the small lid and increase the heat to medium to dry the water

While drying the water lets prepare the last part,garlic 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1tbsp of ghee

Let it set for 5 minutes and ready

Flip it and start digging 😋
