Combine the nuts , almonds flour , sugar and melted butter

Make sure everything is mixed well

Press the mix in the pan equally

Now bake it at 325 for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden

And ready , let it set and cool down completely while making the filling

Add the cheese and mix until totally creamy

Add the sour cream and make sure there is no unmixed cheese in the bottom

Add the sure and continue mixing for 5 minutes

Start adding the eggs one by one and add the vanilla in between

The second egg , lemon extract and salt then mix until totally creamy

Now the mix is ready 👌🏼

Add it to the crust , an optional step to make a chocolate layer ( add some Cocoa and mix )

Add the rest of the mix and spread it equally , bake it in a preheated oven at 325f for 35minutes

Use a toothpick to check the center , but if it’s wet bake it for an additional 5 minutes

Let it cools down then Decorate it with whipping cream and sliced strawberries

Some dark chocolate will be great too

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving
