1 Cup plus 2 TB (for sprinkling with cinnamon)

Smash 3/4 C blueberries with chia seeds and juice of half a lemon.
Mix hemp seeds with almond milk.
Put maca, shroom and coconut flour in a 1cup measure & top with GF flour; Add 1C GF flour and sift.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs vanilla, baking powder and salt. Add smashed berries. Beat well.
Add 1/2 flour, then 1/2 the almond milk. Mix well. Repeat. Beat for 3 mins. Fold in blueberries.
Scoop batter into greased muffin tins. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 375 for 25 mins. Cool in pan 30 mins and turn out. These were at 30 mins. A touch overdone.
