What you’ll need
Pink card stock or construction paper
Hot glue gun and glue
Pen or pencil
Yellow card stock or construction paper
Create petal templates. Both have 2.5” bases and are 5.25” wide. The large is 7” tall, small is 6”.
On pink paper, trace and cut 5 large petals and 4 small petals.
Cut a slit in the bottom center of each petal.
Cut one large circle and one small circle. The mouth and base of a pint glass make a good template.
On yellow paper, mark out two 2” x 12” strips and cut.
Fold strips into quarters, fringe cut and unfold.
Back to petals! Fold one side of slit cut over the other and glue.
Curl petal edges with a pencil.
Glue large petals to the large circle and small petals to the small circle.
Glue small petals to large petals. I line them up with the large petal “windows.”
Glue the edge of a fringe strip to the other to make a long strip. Roll it up and glue the end.
Glue yellow center to flower and you’re done!
Now, make a bouquet!
