In a small pot add the water and corn starch and mix them well

Keep stirring until starts boiling

Keep stirring especially when statrs thickened until boiling

And here is it, let it set and cool down little bit

Now add all the ingredients(corn starch mix,lemon,salt,vinegar,garlic and milk)except the oil

Let everything mix pretty well

Now start adding the oil slowly and mix it for a minute

Will looks Watery in the beginning,let it cool down completely then move it to refrigerator

Now it cold , thick and yummy
