Garden Gazpacho

Core and quarter 6-8 tomatoes. Add to blender.

Peel zucchini.

Remove seeds. Add to blender.

Cut top off bell pepper. Use Scoop Loop to remove seeds. Quarter and add to blender.

Remove stem and seeds from spicy pepper. Quarter and add to blender.

Remove skin from half an onion. Add to blender.

Add 2 cloves garlic.

Add 3 tablespoons olive oil.

Add 2 tablespoons Sherry vinegar or rice vinegar.

Add salt and pepper.

Add 1/2 tsp cumin.

Put the lid on and blend everything for one minute.

Remove the crust from a slice of bread. Dunk it in and let it soak for 10 minutes, then blend again.

Refrigerate at least four hours before serving.
