Fried Chicken Sandwich

In a dish mix together 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, cayenne & salt

Whisk together two eggs and place next to your flour. This is your dredging station!

Season your chicken! Breast or thighs will do. Cut into sandwich sizes.

Ready? Ok! Dip chicken in egg wash, then flour, then back in egg and one last time in flour

Preheat your oil to medium. I’m using avocado but you can use any oil for frying.

Flip when one side is golden brown. Lower heat and cover until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Fixings! I’m using garlic aioli & dill pickle sauerkraut!

Let chicken cool on rack. Yep that’s pretty much it.
