What you’ll need
300- 500ml
Buttermilk
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Chopped Parsley
Sliced Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Of Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Fresh thyme
Shredded Lettuce
Hot sauce of your choice
salt
Cayenne Pepper At Your Convenience
Chicken Thighs (Boneless&skinless)

Put buttermilk in a bowl and add in the seasonings

Place the chicken between two sheets of cling film and using a rolling pin flatten each piece

Place chicken in bowl with buttermilk mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour

Create flour topping by mixing garlic powder, pepper, salt and paprika

Create the coating by dipping the chicken in flour, then egg & finally Bain flour and refrigerate

Prepare the toppings

Make the sauce by mixing mayo, mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder

After an hour in the fridge fry the chicken on a medium-high heat

Drain excess oil on tissue paper

Toast buns in the oven for 5 minutes on 180 degrees C

Assemble the chicken sandwich
