Fresh Italian Parsley
Red Wine Vinegar
Gather your ingredients
Wash & dry your herbs
Peel the shallots & roughly dice
Wash & seed your chili peppers
Smash & peel the garlic
Add to the bowl of a food processor
Pour in the olive oil & red wine vinegar. Season with a pinch of salt & pepper.
Pulse to blend. Adjust salt & pepper.
