Coarsely grind your favorite coffee beans.

Combine 1/3 cup coffee grounds and 2 cups water in a French press. Stir to saturate.

Leave 12-15 hrs in the fridge with the filter up.

In the morning, depress the filter to strain.

Serve cold brew concentrate in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio with milk, water, hot cocoa, or other flavoring.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
