Cut the fish in a medium sized after cleaning them with lemon

Add the spices , lemon juice, olive oil and water till you have a watery mixture then add it to fish

Add flour, corn starch,lemon juice,salt ,black pepper, olive oil and water

Mix flour and bread crumbs and start dipping the fish filets into the watery mix then the crumbs

Or cereal and flour for extra crispy skin from the outside

Make sure it’s totally covered with the crumbs or cereal, then to the freezer for 30 minutes

Place them in a pan with parchment paper to a preheated oven at 400f until golden browned about 25m
