Grilled Fish Balls / Roasted Fish Balls/ Boulet / Ountou
Slice 1/2 red & white onions, 2 sweet peppers.

Spices and herbs: 2 gloves garlic + black & white pepper + sage.

Fish: 3 whiting & 1 butter fish cut into pieces. Add all ingredients in blender.

Add: 1tbsp peanut butter + 1/2tsp salt + 1/2 Maggie blend to mix seasoning.

Wash your hand thoroughly• then make medium balls or boulet

Preheat oven oven: 350 degrees

Grill + coat with peanut butter sauce (made separately with lemon)

Skew: add fresh onions pepper and ENJOY!
