FAMOUS EGGNOG SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES

What you’ll need
1 Cup (softened)
Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla Extract
1 tsp.
Cinnamon
3 Cups
All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup
Topping - Granulated Sugar
1 Cup
Granulated Sugar
1 Large
Egg
1/2 tsp.
Nutmeg
1 tsp.
Cream Of Tartar
1/4 tsp
Topping - Nutmeg
1/2 Cup
Light Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp.
Salt
2 tsp.
Baking Powder
1/4 Cup
Eggnog
3/4 tsp.
Topping - Cinnamon
In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together butter & sugars. Beat until light & fluffy.

Mix in the egg followed by vanilla. Scrape bowl as needed.

Mix in salt, spices, baking powder & cream of tartar. Add 1 Cup of flour at a time. Increase speed.

Slowly add eggnog, mixing until combined & no streaks remain. Chill dough for 1-2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl combine, sugar, nutmeg & cinnamon. Roll 1” balls in mixture.

Space 2” apart on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
