Extreme Bacon Jalapeño Poppers

Cut each pepper in half length-wise & remove seeds, if desired for less spicy poppers.

In a small bowl, mash together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.

Fill each pepper with enough cheese mixture to reach the top edge.

Wrap each pepper with half a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.

Bake at 375F on a rack over a baking sheet for 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Enjoy!
