Mix lemon juice, garlic clove, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne & salt to form paste

Cut 8 chicken thighs into strips and marinate for few hours (skip if in a hurry)

Lay chicken on lined baking sheet & bake at 450F for 20-25 mins

For sauce, mix 1 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup tahini, 1 garlic clove, juice 1/2 lemon and 1/4 tsp salt
