After washing your potatoes cut them ( use the thin skinned potatoes)

To the microwave for 4 minutes

Cut the chicken into the same size of the potatoes

Add the spices and olive oil to the chicken and mix them well

Dry the potatoes from any liquids in a paper towel and move it back to the dry plate

To an oven pan with parchment paper, preheated oven at 450f until golden browned ( about 10 minutes)

In a pan at medium heat add the chicken with no oil needed

Flip them ince they are golden ( about 2 minutes)

When the other side is golden as well cover the pan and low the heat , let it fully cooked

After 5 minutes So juicy and perfectly cooked

No need to add anything it’s perfectly seasoned with a crispy skin a creamy from the inside
