What you’ll need
Distilled White Vinegar
Crushed Red Pepper
1 Red Onion
Dried Dill Weed
Slice veggies to desired size. Place seasoning in the bottom jar. Pack veggies on top.
Pour cooled brine over veggies. Full jar 1/2 - 3/4 with brine. Fill the rest of the way with water.
Shake to mix seasoning
Refrigerator for a least 24 hours before eating.
