What you’ll need
3 1/4 cup
Self Rising Flour
1 cup (2 sticks)
Unsalted Butter (softened)
Start softening your butter and mixing with the sugar
Mixed it until is soft and combined all together
Then add the egg (cold) so your mix stay firm and mixed again
Now add vanilla and almond extract... mix... Start adding the flour, cup by cup
You will have a dough that doesn’t stick in your fingers and hands. Spread flour on a clean table
Stretch the dough and cut out with your favorite design.. Don’t have to refrigerate the dough to cut
Put the oven on 350f and put the dough for 10-12 min aprox.
I like crispy cookies but my husband don’t so we got the two options. Enjoy!
