Dump warm milk,instant dry yeast,sugar,salt,butter,eggs & flour in this order in mixer w dough hook
Start mixer on low speed first
Once the flour starts to incorporate into the dough, increase to medium speed
Stop when the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl
Dough should feel slightly sticky and soft but easy to easy to remove from dough hook.
Transfer to slightly greased bowl. I just spray a big mixing bowl with PAM spray
Cover with a towel and let rise 90 minute

Grease your baking tray. Punch down the dough and form into rolls. Cover and let rise 1 hour
Ta Da! All done
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake the rolls for 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly browned
Remove rolls from oven and brush with melted butter.
Look how soft that is!! Yum Yum Yum
