Easy Pan Gravy (Gluten-Free)
Add the pan dripping to a skillet with 2 tablespoons butter or ghee.

Whisk in 2 cups of stock (turkey, chicken, or vegetable)

Whisk together 2 tablespoons tapioca flour and 2 tablespoons water.

Reduce the heat to low and whisk in tapioca.

If lumps form, strain the gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes and smoked turkey! Enjoy!
