Use Jumbo Shrimp | 16-20 count shrimp per pound | peeled and deveined

Brine shrimp in 4 cups of water, 1 t salt, 1/4 t baking soda and ice for 15-30 minutes.

Slice bacon in half and par-cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon and slice through a skewer.

Preheat grill to high and spray with oil.

Grill over direct high heat for 3-5 minutes per side.
