Easy Grilled Asparagus
Wash and dry 1 lb of asparagus. Bend one asparagus spear until it snaps to see how much of the bottom needs to be cut off.
Line the other asparagus up and cut of the bottoms of the other spears.
Put the spears in a container and add 1/2 tbsp oil & 1/8 tsp kosher salt. Stir with your hands until asparagus is evenly covered.
Heat your grill to 350 F (medium heat) then place the asparagus on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 4 mins.
Open the lid and flip the asparagus over, cooking for another 3 or so minutes until the asparagus is browned but not limp.
Remove the asparagus from the grill and top with large flaky salt if desired. Serve immediately!
