Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
Slice potatoes thinly. Mince garlic, and shred cheddar and parmesan cheeses.

Create a layer of potatoes in a buttered casserole dish.

Drizzle a little half and half over potatoes, then dot with 1/4-1/3 the butter and garlic.

Add 1/4 the shredded cheddar. Sprinkle pepper over the cheese.

Repeat layers, and add parmesan to the top layer, along with cheddar.

Bake in 325 degree oven covered in foil for 45 minutes. Bring to 475 and remove foil for 10 min.

Let cool 10 minutes, then serve.
