What you’ll need
A good yoga mat!
Start in plank: shoulders over wrists, tuck hips under, draw abs in and shift on to toes.
Going down: bend elbows into body, hover the body in a strong low plank 6 in off the ground
Back up: press up straight body, strong plank. Repeat chaturanga.
Flow: lower and hover, tuck toes and draw heart through up dog!
End flow: tuck toes and lift hips to down dog.
