Lets make a Concrete Base for DIY decor!
Cut down your PVC and spray paint it black
1
Seal the hole in the bottom of pot with scrap wood or your pvc pipe.
2
Mix your concrete & scoop into the pot, making sure your pipe is centered.
3
Get creative with your topiary. I salvaged mine, but you can use styrofoam & greenery to DIY yours.
4
Once the concrete is still wet, add stones on top to give it a more finished look.
5
Dry fitting to ensure my topiary top fits! Now let the concrete cure for 1-2 days
6
This DIY is just for the base. The wood dowel could also hold signs, flags or whatever you want ✨🌸
