Cut a 3/4” plywood sheet into 6 pieces

Cut two pieces down to 42” long

The cut 24 pieces at 4”

Clamp all pieces together and smooth out all the edges with an orbital sander

Find the center mark and drill a hole to fit the copper pipe

Use piece as a template so all holes are drilled in the same exact place

Use template to Drill holes on either side of the top pieces

Line up pieces flush to edges and align holes. Alternate pattern of screws when drilling

Attach all pieces upside down so that when flipped over no screws show from top side

Use tube cutter to cut 3 pieces of copper pipe. Attach them with 2 elbow couplings, set into holes

You can glue to copper into place with Gorilla glue
For a moving garment rack attach 4 casters to the underside
