Draw the design on cardboard with a sharpie

Trace those shapes onto 3/4” thick MDF

Use 2x6s to space MDF 12” apart

Cut strips of 1/8” plywood 18” wide and then do kerf cuts 1/16” deep about every 1/2”

You can now glue multiple layers of plywood together and clamp them between the MDF forms
