What you’ll need
9 sheets
1/8” Plywood
3/4 of a gallon
Gorilla Wood Glue
All the
Clamps
2 sheets
3/4” MDF
Draw the design on cardboard with a sharpie

Cut out the shapes with a knife

Trace those shapes onto 3/4” thick MDF

Cut the MDF with a jigsaw

Use 2x6s to space MDF 12” apart

Cut strips of 1/8” plywood 18” wide and then do kerf cuts 1/16” deep about every 1/2”

This let’s you make the plywood more flexible in specify places

You can now glue multiple layers of plywood together and clamp them between the MDF forms

I glued 2-3 layers of plywood on at a time

And slowly laminated the chair together

I took the chair out of the mold

And sanded down the edges

I sealed it with water based polyurethane and tested it out!
