Let’s get started! Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray donut pans with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Add milk, egg, melted butter & mint extract to a large measuring cup. Whisk until mixed.
Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
Now that everything is whisked together, it’s time to fill your donut pans.
Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity around 2/3 of the way full.
Bake for 10-12 min. The donuts are done when they bounce back after being touched. Let cook on rack.
To make the glaze, whisk together the powder sugar, cocoa powder & milk. Dip each donut in the glaze
Place the donuts back on the cooking rack once glazed & top with chopped chocolate mints.
