Prep your “watercolors” by mixing gel color with vodka or extract.

Carefully paint on colors with a precision paintbrush, getting all crevices.

Continue w/ second color, taking care to not apply too much pressure to pop transfers off parchment.

Repeat with final color and let completely dry.

Flood your cookie with royal icing and immediately after...
