What you’ll need
Sheet Of Paper With A Crease
Solder Storage Container
Draw a line on the sheet solder about 1/4in from edge
Using your shear, cut narrow strips up to the sharpie line.
Cut narrow strips all the way across the sheet. Your strips will curl up. Not to worry!
Using your rawhide mallet and steel bench block carefully hammer the curled strips flat.
Hammer across the entire sheet to flatten.
You are ready to cut your pallions!
Using your finger as a stop, cut the pallions taking care to not cut your finger tip!
Your finger should help keep the pallions from popping around as you cut them.
Continue across the entire length of the sheet. Do this over the sheet of paper to catch them.
You should have a varied assortment of pallion sizes.
Gather all the cut pallions into the center of the paper fold.
And dump them into the correct solder storage (I did my medium solder here). And you are DONE!
