Heavy Cream

Lemon Juice

Paprika
1 tsp
Garlic Powder

Vegetable Oil
Spice the chicken with salt,black pepper,paprika and garlic powder

In a pot add the vegetable oil then half of the rice keep stirring until golden

Now add the rest of the rice,3 cup of water,salt and black pepper then cover it till boiling

When starts boiling low the heat all the way and cover it

Brush the pan with little oil then place the chicken,let it cook until fully cooked and golden brown

In a new pan add the cream and the milk,keep stirring

When starts boiling keep stirring until thickened

Here is how thick it should be

Add salt,black pepper and lemon juice

Chicken is ready add the cream to it and let it boil for a minute just to get all the flavors

Some parsley in the top , And the chicken is ready

Once the water dried, rice is perfectly ready
