What you’ll need
Garlic Cloves
Avocado
Lemon Juice
Chickpeas
Cumin
Water
Tahini
Sea Salt
Blend chickpeas, garlic, tahini, cumin, avo, salt and lemon for 1 min. Then add water, blend.

To make the hummus extra green, add 1 tsp of spirulina and blend for another 30s to 1 minute.

Spoon into bowls and smooth using the back of a spoon.

Garnish with olive oil, sprouts and nigella seeds. Enjoy!
