Add 2 tablespoons butter to a sauté pan over medium heat.

Add 1/4 cup onion.

Sauté for 3 minutes to soften.

Add 2 cloves minced garlic and sauté to 2 minutes.

Add 16 ounces of heavy cream.

Add 8 ounces of cream cheese.

Stir to combine to melt the cream cheese. Add 2 pounds frozen spinach.

Stir to combine.

Add 2 cups mixed Italian cheese blend.

Place in a greased baking dish.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
