What you’ll need
Patterned Cardstock Paper
Scissors
Tape
Colored Cardstock Paper
Pencil
Fine Tipped Permanent Marker
Ruler
Hot Glue
Measure 3.5” wide, cut

Mark at inches 1, 3, 5, and 6

Cut at the six inch mark

Make folds at 3” (half way), 1” and 5” (close to the ends)

Measure and mark your solid colored paper at 3” wide and 1.5” tall, cut

Write your dish name and include any dietary info (Vegan, vegetarian, GF, Alcohol, etc.)

Hot glue one bottom flap to the other - this keeps the card securely fastened

Tape your dish tag to the card - taping allows you to make changes later (hot glue is permanent)

Repeat using different patterns and colors for all of your dishes!
