Lunge explode - explode off of that foot keeping your head and chest up.

3 way step ups - Squeeze your butt at the top of each step up and push through the heel.

Bridges - alternate a regular bridge with a single leg bridge, pushing through your heel.

Wacky dips - keep elbows close to your body, alternating sides with a single leg raise.
