You’ll need: dress (mine is the swing dress from primary.com), fleece, heat transfer vinyl

Make a heart template out of paper. We will be attaching it on the side.

Cut out the hearts from the fleece (I’m making 2 dresses)

Use a cutting machine or hand cut your letters for the heart. I’m using a Silhouette Cameo 3

Weed out the excess

Iron on the heat transfer vinyl. I’m using the Cricut Easy Press. Don’t forget a pressing cloth!

Wait for it to cool, then peel off the clear plastic.

Pin the hearts centered on the side seam so they create a full heart when standing side by side

Hand sew the heart to the dress. You can easily cut the stitches after to reuse the dress.
