Before - damaged and scratched finish. Some structure repair needed.

Using “Mud” repair damages to the top with a spatula.

After the Mud has dried, sand back to flat. This fills holes and damages. Remove hardware.

Use Slick Stick to cover damages and allow the shiny surface to have paint adhere properly.

Apply two coats of Slick Stick and wait until it is fully dry.

Color choice for this curvy piece is Colonel Mustard by Dixie Belle.

Using a spray bottle filled with water apply one coat of paint with damp brushstrokes.

Two even coats.

Using separate brushes and your misting bottle blend darker Collard Greens into the edges.

Place your transfer down onto the surface that has fully dried.

Transfer is applied then burnished down with a wood tool.

Continue placing transfer where needed for added accent.

After transfer is applied remove the plastic film.

Apply Best Dang Wax In Black to corners and edges, wipe back.

Apply clear wax to the entire table to seal.

Apply Warm Gold Gilding Wax to the edges for some shine.

Install hardware.
