How toCoffee Cookies

Roll out dough to 1/8” between two sheets of parchment paper.

Cut out rectangles with a cookie cutter or a knife.

Transfer to cookie sheet,bake, cool completely before icing.(Don’t you love those coffee speckles!)

Add a few dots of white icing on top of the brown coffee icing. Swirl minimally with a toothpick.

Holding the cookie on the edges, dip just onto the surface, gently shake off excess, flip.
