What you’ll need
Fresh Raw Oysters In The Shell, Well Scrubbed
One Fresh Lemon, Quartered
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Place the oysters on a hot grill and shut the lid.
Combine melted butter, garlic and fresh lemon juice.
Expose the meat by removing the top shell (you might have to do a little prying)
Brush each oyster liberally with butter/garlic/lemon sauce. Close lid and let them heat a bit more.
