Whisk 1cup lukewarm milk with 1 1/4tsp yeast and let it sit for 2 minutes.

Add 4tbsp melted butter, and mix well

Next add 1/4cup sugar, 1tsp salt and 1tsp baking powder and whisk until combined

Add 2cups of all-purpose flour to the milk mixture and mix to form a dough

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to poof for 1-2 hours.

Mix 4tbsp softened butter with 1/2cup brown sugar and 1tbsp cinnamon powder for the filling

Mix well to combine
After dough poofing it becomes almost double

Now add the remaining 1/4 cup of all purpose flour

knead uniformly on a floured surface
Next roll it in a 14x9 inch rectangle

Spread out the cinnamon butter sugar leaving the ends from sides for rolling

Roll the dough in a log shape

Cut into 1 inch sections with a sharp knife or floss

Place the cinnamon rolls on your baking tray and cover with plastic to rise again for 30-45 minutes

Bake them in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 mins

Frosting: In a bowl add 3tbsp melted butter, 1/2cup cream cheese and 1/2castor sugar and beat well

Add 1/4 tsp salt. Beat again. If the frosting is thick,add milk or butter to adjust the consistency

Spread over cinnamon rolls and serve,drizzle some chocolate syrup and pecans. Enjoy
