Herb Freezing Tray Set

Cream together butter and granular erythritol.

Add block of cream cheese and 1 tsp vanilla, and beat until smooth.

Add the almond flour and cinnamon, and mix until just combined.

Using a Medium Scoop, scoop mixture into Herb Freezing Trays, and pop into freezer 60 minutes.

Whip up the icing: 1 oz cream cheese, add 3 tbsp powdered Erythritol, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 3 tbsp cream.

Remove balls from freezer, pop out of molds, and add icing!
