What you’ll need
4 ounces
Dark Chocolate

Egg yolks
3/4 cup
Whole milk
2 1/2 tablespoons
Sugar
3/4 cup
Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 teaspoon
Sea salt
Roughly chop chocolate and place in blender

Whisk milk, cream, yolks, sugar and salt over medium high heat.

Continue to whisk mixture for about 5 minutes. It will thicken and coat the back of a wooden spoon.

Strain mixture directly into blender.

Blend on low speed until fully mixed.

Pour into 4-6 ramekins. Don’t worry if you drip and make a mess, like me! Chill 4 hours until set.
