Chocolate Chunk-Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a stand mixer,add 1 cup white sugar,1 cup butter & 3/4 cup brown sugar. Mix on medium high.

Add 2 large eggs,1/4 cup maple syrup,1 tbsp.vanilla extract.

Mix on medium high until creamy.Add 2 cups rolled oats old fashioned (200g).

Mix on low for 30 seconds.Scrape the bowl.

Add 1 tsp.baking powder, 1 tsp.baking soda and 1 tsp.sea salt to 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300g)

Gradually add the flour mixture. Mix on medium for 1-2 minutes until well mixed.Scrape the bowl.

Add 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chunks (150g) plus 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (150g).Mix on low.

Scoop the cookies into 2-inch balls on a parchment paper. Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 4 days or freeze for up to 6 months.
