Child’s Pose w/ Shoulder Opener - Mat Yoga
Start knees mat width distance. Use any props you need for support & start to breathe.

Activate your child’s pose. Crawl to the right & loop left arm under & place ear. Take a half bind.

Breathe into this shoulder opener, twist and slight inversion.

Take it to the other side. Relax shoulders away from the ear.

Take about 5-10 deep breaths on each side. Slowly unwrap and come back to center.

Slowly unravel lifting the chin last.
