What you’ll need

Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage
1 tbsp
Butter
Pepper jack Shredded Cheese
1 cup
Boiling water
1 scoop

Rice
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Minced Garlic
1/3 cup
Water

Tomato paste
2 Bell Peppers
Blackened Seasoning
1 scoop
Greens Blend Chocolate
Buy
Wash your bell peppers. Cut the top off & remove seeds from the inside. Cut in half long ways

Either spray with olive cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Place the peppers on a baking sheet or in an 8x8 pan and cover with foil.

Boil water and add the rice. Cook the meat

Once the water comes to a boil. Add your rice to the pot & let it cook.

Cook the chicken sausage until it’s a pale brown. I added a little meat tenderizer to soften meat.

Remove the peppers from the oven. Season chicken sausage with blackened seasoning.

In a small pot melt 1 tbsp butter and add in 1 tbsp minced garlic. Sauté and then add in seasoning

Add in the tomato sauce and 1/3 cup water. Stir to combine add water as needed until it thickens

Add rice to a plate. Stuff pepper half with meat. Top with cheese. Microwave to melt the cheese
