In a cast iron skillet, preheat olive oil over medium high heat.

Gently lay your chicken in the pan.

Let the chicken cook for 3-4 minutes on this side

Flip your chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes in the other side.

When the chicken is cooked through, remove from the skillet to a plate.

Pour the extra oil out of the skillet into a little dish on the side.

Pour an entire jar of Rao’s Marinara sauce, along with the chicken on top.

Hand pull fresh mozzarella apart, and cover the chicken.

Broil the skillet in the oven to melt the cheese.

Watch it carefully so it doesn’t burn!

Add some fresh basil on top, and you’re ready to serve right from the skillet!
