In a pan add the olive oil then the vegetables

When they are soften add the chicken,then cover it

When the chicken color's changes add all the spices then 2 cups of water,cover and let it cook

When it's start boiling low the heat and cover it until the chicken is cooked and the water reduced

This is how it should be,add the cream,add the stretch into 1/2cup of water,then boil until thicken

And ready , serve with white Basmati Rice for the best flavor
