Add warm milk,sugar,yeast,1 tbsp of oil,cover it for 10 minutes

Add 1tsp salt,flour and slowly add water until you have a combined sticky dough,oil,rest for an hour

Let's prep the veggies,cut them and put the longer cooking time in one bowl and rest in other one

Add the rest,Clean the mushrooms by wiping it don't use water,cut the chicken into medium sized

Add some oil and keep stirring until you have a perfect golden color and move it on a side

In the same pan add more oil and give the chicken a nice color too,move it on a side as well

No oil needed just add mushrooms and keep stirring,when they are perfectly Softened add everything

After adding the veggies,add the spices,1cup of water and let it cook and simmer in a medium heat

Now add the cream,cover it for a nice flavorful meeting,perfect color and thickness

When the veggies are completely cooked add the cheese,dry parsley,turn off the stove and cover it

Back to the dough,cut it equally,make sure it covered while working,and shape it using some flour

Flat it to your thin pan's size,leave some extra dough in the edges to help you to close it later

Let's stuff it,fill it,flat another piece of dough,and close it really tight

Carefully place it in an oven pan brush it with egg white,add some sesame seeds and black seeds

Different way,end of mixture was too liquid but this one was incredibly delicious,with extra cheese

To a preheated oven at400f until it's golden brown up and down,will look so hard then will turn soft
