Ground Ginger

Vegetable oil
Start adding the spices all over the chicken and some on the vegetables,you can add you favorite one

Add the oil and start giving the chicken a nice color from both sides

Add you vegetables and cover it , make sure the chicken is facing down juicy flavor

When the vegetables are little soften add 3 cups of water, and low the heat and cover it

When it's half way ready, move it to the oven for a roasted flavor

And ready , serve by itself or with rice/bread
